I’m already hacked off and I haven’t even been able to use the product. Why won’t it allow me to register my brand new product out of the box? Thank you for making it so difficult to use.
This product is an embarrasment. This is the third attempt to install on a brand new Vista computer. No install instructions to speak of. Tech support is an email. Amazing that no one seems to be able to get it to work.
This obviously is a consistant problem this company is continuing to ignore. I bought PodMaxx Gold, same problem, no instruction, reg keys don’t work, I’m on my third e-mail to customer support with nothing but the run-around.

podmaxx has the worst customer service. thanks for ever answering my emails. piece of crap
